Thank you for choosing our grooming package. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before purchasing and using the package:
1. The grooming package A is valid for 4 months and package B is valid for 8 months from the issue date of the grooming record card. After this period, any unused services or benefits will expire and will not be refunded or extended.
2. The grooming package is limited to one pet only. It cannot be shared or transferred to another pet or owner.
3. You must keep the physical grooming package card in good condition. Any damage, loss, or theft of the card will not be replaced or refunded.
4. All services and benefits included in the grooming package must be used before the expiry date. Any unused services or benefits will expire and will not be refunded or extended.
5. Any confirmed booking for grooming services must be made within the valid period of the grooming package. Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be rescheduled for a date beyond the expiry date of the grooming package.
By purchasing and using the grooming package, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to modify or cancel the grooming package or any of its terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
