Before You Start Using the Mat

• Before placing the mat, wipe the floor with mild cleaning solution and water.
• A slight odour may be present when first opened. Place the mat in a well-ventilated area to allow the smell to dissipate.
• Crease lines may appear due to carton packaging. These lines do not affect the anti-slip or waterproof function and will gradually disappear when the mat is placed flat.
• The mat may roll up or may not completely stay flat when first opened. Place it on the ground and it will gradually become flat.

Care Instructions

• Avoid pets pulling the mat with their teeth.
• Avoid pets scratching the mat surface with their nails or continuously scratching the mat.
• Trim pets’ nails regularly to help avoid damage to the mat.
• To keep the anti-scratch layer durable, avoid using a steamer, bleach, or strong chemical detergent.
• The enhanced d-film layer is applied on the pattern side of the mat. The scratch-resistant performance on the pattern side is better than the grey-coloured bottom side.
• The anti-scratch function means pets’ nails are not easy to scratch through the front side during daily use. However, continuous scratching, biting, or contact with sharp objects may still damage the product.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• For daily cleaning, wipe the mat with a wet towel using warm water or mild detergent.
• Avoid using bleach or strong detergent.
• Avoid cleaning the mat with a brush.
• Avoid placing furniture on top of the mat.
• Keep the product away from fire.
• If pets defecate on the mat, clean it as soon as possible.
• If stains remain, clean repeatedly with mild detergent and a damp cloth.
• Coloured substances such as pet urine, juice, coloured clothes, or ink-printed products may stain the mat after contact. Clean stains as soon as possible, but dyed stains may not be completely removable.

Precautions

• If the d-film is damaged, the waterproof function of the mat may be affected.
• Do not cut the mat, as cutting may damage the waterproof function.
• Avoid sharp objects, continuous scratching, or biting.
• Use indoors on a clean, flat floor surface.
• Check the mat regularly for damage and discontinue use if the mat becomes unsafe.

Pattern Matching Note

• During machine cutting, the raw material with laminated pattern film may be cut at different points. This may cause patterns between mats to not match perfectly. This is a normal production limitation.

• Allowable deviation for thickness and dimensions is ±3%.
