"The product it itself is great, my cat loves it. But the reason I am writing a review is actually to provide feedback on the order tracking process. Understand you are now using Shop Pay for order tracking, but unless I miss something, it seems to require people to download an application which is not preferred - I just need progress update for a one-time shipping process, why do I need to download and install an application (which I am not even sure if it works on computer or cell phone and I need to be tracking the order from both). There are no other ways offered to providing tracking. Hope you can consider using other ways in letting people track your order. Thank you."
