The feeding section features a 3 L grain bucket designed for dry pet food measuring up to 12 mm in diameter. A dedicated desiccant compartment helps control moisture inside the food-storage area, while the 304 stainless steel feeding bowl provides a durable and hygienic serving surface. A manual dispensing button on the front also allows food to be released directly when required.

Alongside the feeder is a 2 L drinking-water dispenser equipped with a wireless pump, five-layer filtration system, and built-in UV sterilization light. The water system helps filter hair, debris, and impurities and can operate in either intermittent or continuous flow mode. For flexible placement, the dispenser can be connected to either the left or right side of the feeder.

A 3MP front camera provides approximately 340° horizontal rotation, infrared night vision, and real-time two-way voice communication, making it possible to check on and communicate with pets remotely. The supplied product information also states that recordings can be played back using a Micro SD card.

Designed specifically for cats and small dogs, the machine is not intended for medium or large dog breeds or for kittens and puppies under 3 months old. Directions for Use

Fill the 3 L food container with compatible dry pet food measuring no more than 12 mm in diameter and fill the 2 L water dispenser with drinking water. Connect and configure the machine through the Panasonic Pet EN App to set feeding schedules, monitor water-related alerts, access the camera, and receive maintenance notifications.

Select intermittent or continuous water flow according to preference. The water dispenser may be installed on either the left or right side of the feeder according to the desired room arrangement.

Keep the machine connected to a stable home Wi-Fi network when using its connected smart functions.

Cleaning & Care

Clean the feeding bowl, food-storage area, water dispenser, and other food- or water-contact components regularly according to the manufacturer's instructions. The supplied product information recommends replacing both the water filter and desiccant approximately every 30 days for optimal system performance.
