Polkadog Bakery is a tribute to co-founders Rob Van Sickle's and Deb Suchman's dog Pearl, a one-eyed stray found in Puerto Rico. As adorable as she was, she had a hard living before and it left her in need of a little extra nurturing. To spoil their gem properly, Rob and Deb took to baking her gourmet treats, and the Polkadog Bakery was born.
