Ruffwear的Swamp Cooler寵物背心具防曬功效，同時透過蒸發水分，協助狗狗消暑降溫。狗狗通常會在炎熱天氣時躲在陰涼處下乘涼，天氣涼了才會到處走動，而Swamp Cooler則能讓狗狗在炎熱天氣下降溫，讓牠願意到處活動。要啟動Swamp Cooler的降溫功能，首先將背心浸在水裡，拿出扭乾後讓狗狗穿著，背心的淺色布料會反射陽光，同時透過蒸發水分為狗狗散熱降溫。背心還設有讓腹帶穿過的位置，可穿著在品牌的Free Range或Web Master胸背帶表面，不易走位。
