Paws Club Rewards is a loyalty programme made especially for our wonderful WNP customers. Paws Club Rewards members can earn Points & exclusive rewards.

It's totally free! Just sign up and start earning.

Once you joined Paws Club Rewards, you'll get 500 Points along with birthday rewards for you and your pet.

Members will receive Rewards Points through (i) WNP in-store purchases and/or services, and (ii) online purchases at wnp.com.hk.

Points are redeemable for coupons to be used for the next order at WNP in-store or online. Every 500 Points can be redeemed as one HK$10 off coupon.
You have two ways to redeem Points:

(1) At Paws Club Rewards page, click "Redeem" for a coupon code to use at checkout.

(2) Select coupon during checkout page.

Each tier comes with different Points multipliers per spending:

- Tier 1 [FRIEND]1x Point Per HK$1 spending

- Tier 2 [FAMILY]1.25x Point Per HK$1 spending

- Tier 3 [AMBASSADOR]1.5x Point Per HK$1 spending

- Tier 4 [WARRIOR]2x Point Per HK$1 spending

There's no cap to the number of Points you can earn.

Points will expire if the account is inactive for 12 months.

Paws Club Rewards' tiers are determined by the accumulated minimum spend amount a member has reached in rolling 12 months on eligible purchases and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you enrol. There are 4 tiers with associated benefits:
When you join the programme, you’ll automatically enrol in Tier 1 [FRIEND] membership and be eligible for all the benefits Tier 1 members receive.

Once you accumulate minimum spend of HK$7,500, your membership automatically upgrades to Tier 2 [FAMILY].

If you accumulate minimum spend of HK$15,000, your membership automatically upgrades to Tier 3 [AMBASSADOR].

If you accumulate minimum spend of HK$30,000, your membership automatically upgrades to Tier 4 [WARRIOR].
