"Normally this place is excellent. After years of trouble free orders, my last one went missing and didn't turn up. However very happy with how WNP handled the situation and got me a replacement the day they called."
"There's no smell to the dry food and the kibbles are like puffs (not solid inside), my dog didn't like it and we had to force feed him. After a few weeks now, he started to refuse it entirely as well as the wet food (another brand) that he has always loved. Took him to the vet today for a blood test, was shocked to find that he's in the early stage of kidney disease! Not sure if the cause was Burns dry food but he hasn't eaten any other new food or treats over this period of time. A blood test done early this year showed normal kidney functions. And I was told that Burns is made of chicken powder, I have no idea what the difference is but it sounded substandard."
